Terms and Conditions for Online Orders

Product Quality and Substitution

Stationery Aid renews items to the highest quality standard. Items are excess and may have been used previously, however we do our best to ensure items are cleaned, checked and made as near new in appearance as possible. We are a charity who operates solely because of our volunteers with the intention of helping people experiencing hardship.

If an item is unavailable at the time of packing, the product may be substituted with a similar product of the same or greater value.

FOR THIS REASON, ITEMS YOU PURCHASE FROM US ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Environmental Benefit

You are purchasing an item that has positive impacts on our local environment and contributes to solid waste reduction by reducing landfill of perfectly useable items. The has enormous benefits with reductions in energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, use of non-renewable materials and helps to conserve our natural environment for generations to come.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, due to events outside of our control, some items may be temporarily out of stock. Under these circumstances, we will advise you of the backorder on the tax invoice in your order. The item will be delivered to you as soon as it becomes available free of charge. An email will be sent advising you when the item is on its way.

What we do not supply – Bulk Deliveries Direct to School
